Services Provided

Conciliatory Measures LLC provides:

• Apostille and document authentication services

• Notary and mobile notary services

• Document handling, submission, and return shipping

We do not provide legal advice or guarantee acceptance by foreign authorities.

Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and correct documents

• Confirming destination country requirements

• Verifying whether notarization or apostille is required

We are not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete documents supplied by the client.

Apostille Processing

• Apostilles are issued by government agencies, not by Conciliatory Measures LLC.

• Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to agency workload, holidays, or external delays.

• Submission of documents does not guarantee approval or acceptance by the receiving country or authority.

Fees & Payments

• All fees are due in full before services begin unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Fees may include professional service fees, government fees, shipping costs, and optional add-ons.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

No Refund Policy

• Government fees are non-refundable once paid.

• Apostille services are non-refundable once processing has begun, including standard, expedited, and same-day services.

• Notary and mobile notary appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Shipping & Delivery

• Clients are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

• We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS).

• International delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs or carrier issues.

Document Confidentiality

We handle all documents with strict confidentiality and limit access to personnel or agencies necessary to complete services. However, we are not liable for breaches beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Conciliatory Measures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered

We are not responsible for:

• Foreign government decisions

• Client misunderstanding of document requirements

• Delays caused by third parties or government agencies
